Sandifer Deer

General Manager

Sandifer joined E-Squared Systems in March of 2008. He has been in the fire and security industry 30 years. He is an EL06 Master Electrician, NICET Level 4 certified in fire alarm systems and holds several factory certifications for industry products. During his time with E-Squared Systems he has been a lead field technician, project manager, estimator, systems designer, operations manager. As general manager Sandifer’s role is to oversee day to day management and operations, provide code interpretations, estimating, design, engineering, and help guide the company in fulfilling it’s mission to help build a better world.

Tanya Chapman

Project Manager

Tanya started her career in the electrical industry in 2017 as a field administrative assistant. Learning about electrical materials and the install process on the jobsite was key to jumpstarting her career. From there she moved into the office as a project manager assistant and began learning the ins and outs of projects, estimating, and close outs. As an opportunity became open with E-Squared Systems she was happy to continue the lateral move. As a project manager she handles the complete installation management, field work, jobsite walks, quotes, sales, and technician scheduling coordination.

Larrick Firkins

Operations Manager

Larrick joined E-Squared Systems in June of 2016. He has been in the electrical industry for 20 years, and the fire and security industry 12 years. He is an EL06 Electrician, NICET Level 2 certified in fire alarm systems and holds several factory certifications for industry products.

During his time with E-Squared Systems he has been a lead field technician, Field Foreman, Field manager, estimator, project manager.

As operations manager Larrick’s role is to oversee day to day operations for field and office staff, estimating, project management, limited design, and engineering, help the company uphold its Values, and continue being a Creative Solutions Provider.

Megan Frink

Service Manager

Megan became part of the E-Squared team in 2011 as an Administrative Assistant and worked her way up the ranks to Service Manager. Willingness to learn new processes and be a team player has helped with advancement in her career at E-Squared. She has learned about the different aspects of low voltage systems from the start up paperwork, materials purchasing, permitting, and project close out. Her role as Service Manager is to maintain and build customer accounts and relationships, handle monitoring accounts, and overseeing service technicians scheduling for maintenance, system confidence testing, and repairs and replacements of existing systems. The fast pace of the service department and building relationships with our customers keeps things interesting and brings something new to the table each day.
